Print Your Label
Once your request is submitted, download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided through the portal.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and include the printed return packing slip inside the box.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location; you will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed, typically within 7-10 business days.
